Crimson Dawn B695. Built 1938 as a 'Luxury Cruiser' by A.O. King in Wroxham. 28' (9' Beam) centre cockpit. Hardwood (Teak) Hull on Oak frame. Head room 5'9" to 6'. Saloon 8' fitted with 2x 6'6" spring berths with backrests, fore cabin fitted with 2x 6'3" spring berths. Large drawers under each berth. Spacious galley, gas cooking and 12v fridge. Toilet compartment with flushing WC and handbasin.

BMC 1500 diesel. Well maintained (professionally, John Halstead), cylinder head overhaul 2008 (John Halstead). Runs perfectly.

Bought by 2 Lancaster pilots after the war and remained in their ownership (Colin Dawson) for many years on the Broads and in undercover storage. A traditional wooden Broads motor cruiser which has been renovated, is in good condition and has been well maintained.

Built in 1951 by Pegg of Oulton and first registered by Jenner’s of Thorpe in 1952.
