The Norfolk Broads combine the very best in leisurley and relaxed holidays, with an enviable combination of gently flowing rivers, pretty rural villages and beautiful countryside. Based on the River Thurne, our cosy bungalows are situated on the rivers edge where you have panoramic views of the Norfok Broads and its wildlife. Each of our bungalows are situation on a private plot with river frontage and mooring for either your own boat (we have a slipway) or one of ours.

The Norfolk Broads is world famous for fishing. From monster pike to perch and roach, many catch records have been set here. Our bungalows are partifularly appealing to those that wish to fish from their own private area whilst having all the comforts of home just a few yards away.

Bramble
Moored overlooking the River Thurne, close to Candle Dyke, Bramble is located in a private dyke with its own area of riverbank. Bramble's location is ideal for anglers and twitchers as well as for those wishing a peaceful and tranquil holiday on the Norfolk Broads. Bramble is our largest houseboat and her accomodation sleeps 8 to 10 people comfortably. There are 2 double berths, 4 single berths and a double studio couch. Bramble has a galley kitchen, television, hot and cold running water, shower and night toilet facilities. Chemical toilets are also adjacent.

Happy Days

Happy Days is situated alongside the River Thurne with views overlooking the river. With accommodation for 4, Happy Days has a double bedroom and a double studio couch in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen, heating throughout and a shower room.

Kendal
Moored overlooking the River Thurne, close to Candle Dyke, Kendal is located in a private dyke with its own area of riverbank. This site is very popular amongst anglers as many a big catch has been landed here.  As well as anglers, Kendal is also a favaourite spot for twitchers as well as for those wishing a peaceful and tranquil holiday on the Norfolk Broads. Kendal has accomodation for 6 which comprises of 4 single berths and a double studio settee. Kendal has a galley kitchen with an electric cooker and fridge as well as hot and cold running water throughout.  There is a shaver point and wash basin in both the twin bedrooms and a shower and wash basin in the bathroom.  Adjacent to the  houseboat is a chemical toilet.

Midway

Situated alongside the River Thurne near Candle Dyke, and overlooking the river, Midway has accommodation for up to 6 people. The bungalow comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with bunk beds and a double studio couch in the lounge. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, water heater and fridge. The shower room comprises and electric shower, flush toilet and wash basin. Car parking facilities are adjacent to the bungalow.

Quiet Hours

Situated on the River Thurne near Candle Dyke, Quiet Hours is 200 yards along the footpath from the car park. With views overlooking the river, the accommodation sleeps up to 6 and comprises 1 double bedroom, a double studio couch in the lounge and a further bedroom in the Annexe). The kitchen comes complete with an electric cooker, microwave, water heater and fridge. There is an electric shower, flush toilet and wash basin in the shower room.

Reed Warbler

Reed Warbler

Reed Warbler is located in a private dyke with its own area of riverbank. This houseboat is ideal for anglers, photographers and for those wishing a peaceful and tranquil holiday. The accommodation comprises of 2 single beds and 1 double bed settee, cooker, fridge, television, hot and cold running water and space heater. There is a flush toilet adjacent plus a night use toilet on board.

Thurne
Moored in a private dyke with its own area of riverbank and with panoramic views of the Norfolk Broads, Thurne is the ideal houseboat for both twitchers and anglers alike or for those who enjoy the tranquillity of country life. Thurne has accommodation for 6 with 4 single beds and a double studio couch. There is a galley kitchen with electric cooker and fridge, hot and cold running water, shower and wash basin, and electric heating. A chemical toilet is adjacent.
